What You Need

Prepare for your journey with:

  • A quiet and comfortable space for sitting and lying down.
  • A journal and pen to capture your insights.
  • A cozy blanket or throw for comfort.
  • Optional candles and essential oils for a sensory-rich experience.
  • Loose and comfortable clothing.
  • Limit food and water intake two hours before the session.
  • A working camera or video for safe facilitation.

Common Questions:

Is this therapy?

No. This is an educational, experiential, neuroscience-informed personal development practice. It is not therapy and is not intended to replace mental health care.

Do I need experience with breathwork or meditation?

Not at all.

Many clients are completely new to breathwork. In fact, this work often resonates with people who struggle with traditional meditation because it provides a direct experience in the body rather than asking you to quiet the mind.

You will be guided every step of the way.

What is neuroplasticity?

Neuroplasticity is the brain's ability to change, adapt, and reorganize itself throughout life.

Every experience strengthens certain neural pathways while weakening others. This means your patterns are not permanent.

The combination of breathwork, awareness, and intentional practice helps create the conditions for new neural pathways to emerge.

What is positive neuroplasticity?

Positive neuroplasticity is the intentional practice of strengthening beneficial experiences such as safety, confidence, resilience, trust, and clarity.

Rather than simply having these experiences and moving on, we help the brain absorb them so they become more accessible in everyday life.

Is this hyperventilation?

No.

Breathwork uses intentional breathing patterns to create shifts in awareness, physiology, and nervous system state. The process is guided, purposeful, and designed to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and personal growth.
