Money Psychology-Patterns Made Visible

Two Private Coaching Sessions-A human-behavior approach to money, security, and enoughness

Money is one of the most practical—and powerful—ways to understand our own behavior.

How we earn, spend, save, avoid, indulge, invest, and define “enough” can reveal our habits, beliefs, values, patterns around scarcity and security, and what we’ve learned to associate with success.

One person can have $500 in the bank and feel completely secure.

Another can have $500,000 and still worry there won’t be enough.

The difference isn’t always the amount of money.

It’s the relationship.

Money is practical. The numbers matter. So do cash flow, assets, liabilities, decisions, and tradeoffs.

But money is also deeply human.

Our relationship with it is shaped by experience, family stories, culture, emotions, values, habits, and the meaning we’ve learned to attach to having more—or not having enough.

Which makes money an incredibly useful place to observe ourselves.

Sometimes the numbers say one thing while our behavior says another.

Sometimes we have a clear vision for the life we want while our financial habits are still being shaped by old definitions of security, scarcity, success, or enough.

That’s where we begin.

What This Is

Money Psychology is a two-part private coaching experience designed to help you understand your relationship with money, recognize the patterns influencing your financial decisions, and become more intentional about the role you want money to play in the life you’re designing.

This isn’t financial advising.

It isn’t a stricter budget, a list of rules, or a prescription for what you should do with your money.

It’s an opportunity to get curious about what you already do.

What makes you feel secure? What creates a sense of scarcity? Where do you spend easily, and where do you hesitate? What do you avoid looking at? What does money represent to you—freedom, safety, success, status, possibility, generosity?

And perhaps the most interesting question:

How will you know when you have enough?

Before we change a behavior, it helps to understand what’s driving it.

Session One: Your Money Psychology — 90 Minutes

Before we look closely at what you have, we look at how you relate to what you have.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • The beliefs and stories you’ve learned about money

  • Family experiences and early messages around wealth, scarcity, work, and success

  • Patterns in how you spend, save, earn, avoid, indulge, and invest

  • How stress and uncertainty influence financial decisions

  • What you notice—and what you avoid—when it comes to money

  • Your values, priorities, and vision for your life

  • Your personal definitions of security and enough

  • Where your financial reality and your perception of it may not match

This isn’t about labeling your behavior as good or bad.

It’s about learning to see the pattern.

Once you can see what’s influencing a decision, you have more choice in what you do next.

Your Money Psychology Blueprint

Between sessions, you’ll complete a personalized blueprint connecting your relationship with money to the practical reality of your finances—and the life you’re designing.

Abundant Vision
Clarify what you’re building, what you want money to make possible, and why it matters.

Embodied Awareness
Notice the beliefs, emotions, learned patterns, and physiological responses that show up around money.

Spending Patterns
Explore how you spend, save, consume, prioritize, and make financial decisions.

Financial Reality
Create a clear picture of your current financial landscape, including cash flow, assets, liabilities, and net worth.

Money Allocation
Look at where your resources are going—and whether they support the life you say you want.

No shame. No judgment. Just better information.

Session Two: From Awareness to Choice — Private Follow-Up

Once we understand the patterns, we turn toward what you want to do with that information.

Together, we’ll review your Money Psychology Blueprint and look at where your vision, values, behavior, and financial reality align—and where they don’t.

You’ll leave with greater clarity around:

  • Where you are

  • What security and enough mean to you

  • Which patterns are influencing your decisions

  • Whether those patterns support the life you’re designing

  • What you want to practice differently moving forward

The goal isn’t a perfect financial life.

It’s greater awareness and more intentional choice.

Money, Meaning, and Desire

“You can still be spiritual and like to shop at Prada.”
— Madonna

Many of us have absorbed the idea that purpose and profit sit on opposite sides of the table.

Wanting more can feel greedy. Caring about money can feel less conscious. Enjoying beautiful things can seem to require an explanation.

But meaning and money were never mutually exclusive.

You can care about meaning and money.

You can be generous and ambitious.

You can value personal growth and still really appreciate the handbag.

Money is a resource. What matters is the relationship you have with it—and whether the way you use it supports what you value and the life you want to create.

This May Be for You If…

  • You’re financially successful but money still takes up more mental space than you’d like

  • You want to understand why certain financial decisions feel easy while others create disproportionate stress

  • You’re curious about your spending, saving, earning, or investing habits

  • You notice scarcity even when the numbers suggest you’re secure

  • You want insight without being told you’re doing money “right” or “wrong”

  • You want your financial choices to better reflect your values and vision

  • You’re asking a bigger question: What does enough look like for me?

This work is for people who want to understand the human behavior behind their money—and use that awareness to make more intentional choices about the life they’re building.
