IT'S TIME TO HEAL THE NOT ENOUGH TIME SYNDROME, & STOP SHOULDING YOURSELF. 

 What you need:

  1. Quiet, sacred, and comfortable space to sit and lay down.
  2. Yoga mat and block
  3. Journal and pen.
  4. A blanket or throw.
  5. Candles, bath salts & essential oils (OPTIONAL).
  6. Comfortable loose clothing.
  7. Eye pillow/mask
  8. Limit food and water 2 hours before.
  9. Camera/Video on for purpose of safe breathwork facilitation.
  10. Headphones or earbuds

Yoga and Breathwork have a rich and deep self-healing/self-care ritual and can be done alone, but the collective wisdom and shared intention of a group allow us to rise higher together.
