A monthly, New Moon–anchored virtual gathering for people who love clarity and creativity — who respect structure and logic — and who also feel the pull for more rhythm and flow.

Is this therapy?
No. This is an educational, experiential, neuroscience-informed personal development practice. It is not therapy or a substitute for mental health care.
What is neuroplasticity?
Neuroplasticity is the brain’s natural ability to change, adapt, and rewire itself through experience. The practices in Lunar Lab are designed to work with this capacity, supporting intentional change rather than unconscious repetition.
What is positive neuroplasticity?
Positive neuroplasticity is the process of deliberately strengthening beneficial experiences—such as clarity, safety, or insight—so they move from passing moments into more stable neural patterns that support how you think, feel, and respond.
What is polyvagal theory?
Polyvagal theory, developed by Dr. Stephen Porges, explains how the nervous system responds to safety, stress, and connection. Lunar Lab uses this framework to support regulation, presence, and a felt sense of safety—creating the internal conditions where growth can integrate.
What is a lunation?
A lunation is the full lunar cycle, approximately 29.5 days, from one New Moon to the next. New Moons have long been associated with beginnings and intention-setting, offering a natural rhythm for reflection, choice, and conscious design.
Do I need astrology experience?
No. Astrology is used as a practical orientation tool to support timing and focus, not prediction.
What if I can’t attend live?
Replays are always available. Many members choose to practice when their nervous system feels most receptive.
