Join a circle of purpose-driven women. We gather together on auspicious days to awaken our consciousness of what is holding you back from living a life that lights you up every day.

This is a guided, meditative breathwork journey set to music. Breathwork is a beautiful practice for overactive thinkers who find meditation challenging and desire mindfulness for transformation in their life.

This is for you if you desire:

  2. Increased sense of safety, trust, and connection in your body
  3. Less judgment, more compassion, and a greater capacity to love

This is a 60-minute breathwork session of finding your alignment so you can create a lifetime of what you would love with more ease.

What you need:

  1. Quiet, sacred, and comfortable space to sit and lay down.
  2. Journal and pen.
  3. A blanket or throw.
  4. Candles, bath salts & essential oils (OPTIONAL).
  5. Comfortable loose clothing.
  6. Limit food and water 2 hours before.
  7. Camera/Video on for purpose of safe breathwork facilitation.
  8. Headphones or earbuds

Breathwork is a sacred self-care ritual and can be done alone, but the collective wisdom and shared intention of a group allow us to rise higher together.
