 An important indicator in long-term mental health is to be able to de-escalate from stress and to be able to identify feelings. Stress is a natural response from our body's Sympathetic Nervous System. Cortisol and adrenalin, the stress hormones cloud our ability to think clearly.

Breathwork calms your nervous system allowing you to become the observer of what you are feeling.

In order to have self-compassion, you must first be aware that you are suffering. Breathwork is a meditative tool, that bypasses the mind, creates awareness for you to become the observer of your emotions.

The majority of us live habitually in our subconscious minds. Conscious breath patterns will guide you back into your body to unearth emotions that have been stuck. When you are the observer of your emotions, you are able to meet your emotions with compassion and not judgment.
