This retreat is for nurses who have found themselves affected by the energies of the events of 2020 and find themselves feeling overwhelmed and carrying more than their share of the LOAD on their shoulders. 
 
Perhaps you have feelings of brain fog, sadness, not sure of what to do next but knowing where you are now is not it. 
 
You would love more clarity, a feeling of comfort, and the self-love that you know is missing in your life.

In this workshop, you will learn and experience teachings, tools, and practices to transform your burnout into bliss.

As the world continues to fear the uncertainty with the pandemic and the external conditions, one thing you can be certain of is your power to thrive in your internal conditions.

What you need:

  1. Quiet and comfortable space to sit and lay down.
  2. Journal and pen.
  3. A blanket or throw.
  4. Comfortable loose clothing.
  5. Limit food and water an hour to two before.
  6. Camera/video on to safely guide in breath patterns.
  7. Yoga Mat and/or Blocks (Optional)
  8. Headphones/Earbuds (Optional)

Yoga and Breathwork has a deep and rich healing history and continues to be a powerful self-care practice that can be done alone, but the collective wisdom and shared intention of a group allow us to rise higher together.
