I’m a 20+ year nurse anesthetist turned podcaster, Certified, breathwork facilitator, Life coach, and Yoga Psychology teacher. I guide women through mindfulness practices to transform time and energy for a full spectrum wealthy life.

 

Kelly West


Kelly is a pediatric nurse with over 25 years of healthcare experience in primary care, oncology, bone marrow transplant, and epidemiology. After healing from her own burnout, Kelly helps other nurses and caregivers find strategies to build more emotional resilience, and find their bliss. Kelly is also the host of The Resilient Soul Podcast and a certified coach and breathwork facilitator.
